These terms govern your use of the WineAI app and related services.

Service

WineAI provides wine logging, profile-building, and AI-assisted recommendation features for informational use only. AI-generated output may be incomplete or outdated. WineAI does not guarantee accuracy, availability, product stock, pricing, delivery eligibility, or suitability of any recommendation. Always verify seller details before purchasing.

Responsible use

WineAI is intended only for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Drink responsibly and comply with all applicable alcohol laws and restrictions where you live.

Subscriptions

• WineAI Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with the service, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Availability and changes

WineAI may change features, pricing, or access rules at any time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WineAI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
